How do I translate regebant? I can't find it in my dictionary >.<

And on this communities' profile it says,

'So with their seven "declensions" and 5 "cases"'

There are only 5 declensions and 6 cases(Actually this is arguble because it depinds if you want to include the locative making it 7). So...???

1st Declension ending

edit cuz my latin teacher told me i typed it wrong -_-;;
- to find the noun stem, drop the ending from the genitive case. In the case of a first declension feminine noun, drop the -ae from the genitive case. For example: the principal parts of the word woman are femina, feminae (f). So the noun stem = feminae and drop the -ae.....the result is femin-

1st declension feminine noun endings

....................singular............plural
nominative..........a...................ae
genitive.............ae..................arum
dative................ae..................is
accusative..........am..................as
ablative.............a...................is

".." are used since spaces won't work (well, or it'll be very confusing)
